Per boat, itemised
A charter is priced for the whole vessel with crew. That means the cost per head falls as your group grows, and it means comparing us with a per-person tour is comparing two different things.
Quotes separate the yacht from the extras — fuel for the agreed route, crew and chef, meals, gear. Park fees, diving packages and long repositioning legs are listed as line items rather than folded into a headline number.

Motor Yacht
Up to 12 guests. Buys back time on any itinerary that covers real distance — 15 to 25 knots against 7 to 9.
Power Catamaran
Twenty to thirty guests. The largest deck we run, and the format corporate days and big families take.
Luxury Phinisi
Up to 12 guests. Teak schooner with enclosed saloon and ensuite cabins, day use or liveaboard.
Superyacht

Yacht Type
Hull, size and amenities. The gap between a sail cat and a superyacht is roughly 2×.
Season
July and August sit at the top of every band. April and October are consistently better value.
Cabins, Not Heads
Cabin configuration matters more than guest count on multi-day charters.
Route Length
Fuel and operational hours. Adding Saleh Bay or a dive day is quoted, not absorbed.
Extras
Park fees, diving, specialist guides and open bar sit outside the base rate.

Is pricing per person or per boat?
Per boat, always. A day charter at USD 1,330 costs the same whether two of you board or fourteen. That is the structural difference from a per-person tour, and it is why the maths favours charter once your group reaches four or more.
What is included in the rate?
The vessel, licensed captain and crew, chef, standard meals, mineral water, coffee and tea, snorkelling gear, a tender, and fuel for the agreed route. Premium Komodo and Raja Ampat itineraries can bundle park permits and harbour fees — stated explicitly in your quote.
What is usually extra?
Alcohol beyond the bundled soft drinks, gratuities, diving packages and specialist guides, and national park entry fees. They are itemised separately so you can see and control them rather than finding them inside a headline figure.
How firm are these numbers?
They are indicative bands as of August 2026 and move with dates, route and vessel availability. A written quotation against your specific dates usually comes back within 24 to 48 hours and is firm once accepted.
