Yacht Category
Phinisi, power catamaran, motor yacht or superyacht. The shorter routings start near USD 6,400; more spacious phinisi and superyachts on longer routes climb into the USD 9,800 and above band.
Embark in Lombok, disembark in Flores, and see Komodo National Park in between. No backtracking, no return leg, and the logistics handled at both ends.

Pier or hotel pickup around Senggigi, Kuta Lombok or the Gilis. The yacht is yours alone, with crew, cruise director and chef aboard. Navigation, moorings and permits are handled by licensed operators, so no paperwork reaches you.
The route usually threads the Secret Gilis of Sekotong Bay, Moyo and Satonda or Saleh Bay in Sumbawa, then the Komodo highlights — Padar, Pink Beach, Manta Point, Taka Makassar and a ranger-led dragon walk — before berthing at Labuan Bajo.

Whole-boat pricing. Fuel, crew, meals and park permits are bundled into a single charter quote.

Cabin configuration matters more than headcount. A six-cabin layout for eight guests prices differently from the same boat carrying twelve.
Dry season and school holidays sit at the top of the band. Shoulder dates in April and October are consistently better value for the same route.
Adding Saleh Bay for whale shark chances or extra dive days increases fuel and operational hours. We quote them as line items rather than folding them in.

A quiet first night at anchor before the long run east begins.
Day 1

Waterfalls inland, reef walls offshore, and a volcanic crater lake.
Day 2

Whale sharks at first light when the season and the schedule allow.
Optional

The ridge at sunrise, the pink sand before the day boats.
Day 3–4

Dragon walks under supervision, as the park requires.
Day 4

Step off into Flores overland plans, or straight onto a flight.
Final morning
From around USD 6,400 for the whole boat on a shorter routing as of August 2026. More spacious luxury phinisi or superyachts, longer routes and peak-season dates climb into the USD 9,800 and above band. Fuel, crew, meals and park permits are bundled into the quote.
Typically four to five days via Komodo National Park. Shorter is possible on a fast motor yacht but leaves little time in the park itself, which is usually the reason people take this route rather than fly.
Pier or hotel pickup around Senggigi, Kuta Lombok or the Gili Islands — Trawangan, Meno or Air. Navigation, moorings and permits are handled by the licensed operator, so you deal with none of the port paperwork.
Open-deck backpacker boats on similar routes run roughly USD 346–826 per person. A private crossing costs considerably more but gives you the whole vessel, ensuite air-conditioned cabins, a chef, and a route built around your group rather than a fixed schedule.

Send your dates and we will check which yachts are already repositioning that week — one-way legs are often better value when they match an existing move.
