The route leaves Lombok, crosses the Lombok Strait toward Nusa Penida, and finishes on Bali's east coast. It passes the Wallace Line — the biogeographic boundary between Asian and Australasian species — which is a better piece of deck conversation than most crossings offer.
Most guests take 2D1N or 3D2N rather than a straight transfer. An afternoon departure from Teluk Nare or Bangsal can take in the Gilis at sunset, then anchor overnight near the Secret Gilis of Sekotong Bay.

How long is the Lombok to Bali crossing?
Six to ten hours direct, depending on the hull and the sea state. Most guests take one to three days instead, adding the Gili Islands, the Secret Gilis of Sekotong Bay and Nusa Penida rather than treating it as a transfer.
What does it cost?

Can we run it Bali to Lombok instead?
Yes, the corridor works in both directions and the waypoints are the same. Which way round usually comes down to where your flights are and which end you want to finish on.
